• Result of Analysis (RoA): Provided to ensure the quality and performance of the custom media.
• Testing Parameters: Include appearance, solubility, pH, and osmolality.
• Optional Testing: TAMC/TYMC, endotoxin, mycoplasma, and cell culture testing are available but may require additional lead-time.
• Spent Media Analysis (SMA) Data: Customers are encouraged to provide detailed results from their initial trials with our catalog media, including viable
cell density (VCD), viability, and metabolite concentrations during culture.
Protein titer data is optional.
• Spent Media Samples: Alternatively, customers can send spent media samples from their trials to CELLiST for comprehensive analysis. This allows us to
perform SMA, measuring all metabolites and amino acid concentration changes during the culture.
• Additional Information: Any specific requirements or constraints related to the customer’s cell line and process to tailor the media prototype effectively.
